No. Sessions are private — just you and your coach. There is no group class,
no strangers watching, and no performance to put on. We start exactly where you are today, and
we have worked with clients at every fitness level. You will never feel out of place here.
"Is EMS safe? I have never heard of this before."
Yes — completely. EMS has been used by physical therapists, elite athletes,
and medical rehabilitation professionals for decades. It is low-impact, non-invasive, and our
coaches are fully trained in its safe application. The sensation is unusual at first (like a
strong muscle squeeze), but never painful.
"What if I have joint pain, old injuries, or health conditions?"
This is actually one of the main reasons people choose EMS over traditional
exercise. Because there is no heavy loading on your joints, it is safe and effective for most
people with arthritis, past injuries, and post-surgical recovery. We review your health history
in your initial assessment and tailor everything accordingly. (There are a small number of
contraindications — we will confirm these with you before you start.)
"I am busy. How much time does this actually take?"
The EMS training session itself is 20 minutes — that is the point. Not 30,
not 60. Twenty focused, fully-coached minutes that outperform what most people do in an hour.
One to two sessions per week, plus small and realistic actions at home that take 10 minutes or
less. No long commutes to a crowded gym, no waiting for equipment, no hour-long class you have
to schedule your day around.
"What results can I realistically expect in 21 days?"
Most clients report feeling stronger and more energized within the first week. By
the end of 21 days, you can expect improved muscle tone and definition, noticeably better
posture, increased daily energy, reduced stiffness, and a real sense of momentum. You will not
